Spawning Deck

The Spawning Deck is used for recruiting or ‘spawning’ Cultists. The cards range in value representing the number of Cultists that are recruited on that Alchemical Ring. During the Spawning Phase, a card is turned over from the top of the deck to reveal how many Cultists are added to occupied Nodes within a particular Alchemical Elemental Ring.
