The Game Board is made up of a set of interlocking hexagons. The Cosmic Clock sits at the centre of the board and is used to keep track of completed turns and counts down to the end of the game and the manifestation of the dread god Azathoth at the end of Turn 10. The Clock starts the game with the ‘Maw of Azathoth’ Turn Token at position ‘1’.
