Great Old Ones declare a win at the end of their turn providing they have met the winning conditions set down on their Constellation Card and collected all five differently-coloured Cultist Tokens.
Example:
Julie finishes a successful Conjunction Ritual and now holds all five Cultist Tokens required for the specific alignment of Nodes set down on her Constellation Card. She declares she has reached her Grand Conjunction, turns her Constellation Card over to reveal each location and wins the Game.
